At Deschutes River Adventures, we work hard to foster a responsible, creative, energetic and friendly work environment. Our seasonal staff members come from all over the country to live and work in Maupin on the amazingly beautiful Deschutes River. We work hard, play hard and it’s not uncommon to end the season with some new best friends.

We’re looking for folks who can think critically, maintain a positive attitude, embrace flexibility, can meet the physical demands of the job, and have a passion for the outdoors. We’re also looking for some long-term folks for our leadership team who can help grow DRA and expand our multi-day river trip program on the Owyhee and Deschutes River.

We have a great house for staff to live in, right next door to our shop. Employee Housing is available for a fee and is first come first serve. A few RV spots and camp spots are available too.

Some positions are experience-preferred, although we are willing to train the right person for the right job.
